A registered nurse of 25 + years, Nicole excels in the area of health, fitness and wellness. She helps women lose weight, manage stress and walk in life balance without the overwhelm. Dispelling fear factors, clients can walk in power, love and sound mind! Her mission is to spread the message that it is not too late to take the oxygen mask and put it on FIRST!
Nicole LaShea, BSN, RN, is certified in the areas of weight loss, health, life/growth coaching and group fitness instruction.
Ordained Minister, Author and Coach, Melodie serves Female Church Leadership empowering them through creativity, productivity and accountability. Melodie empowers leaders to tear down barriers, confront personal obstacles and limiting beliefs. Clients build confidence and develop a renewed sense of self-worth so they can be impactful in business, ministry and life.

Camille Stephens, Certified Growth Coach and Transitional Life Coach
30 years Army veteran and Human Resource Specialist, Camille has a passion for the incarcerated and their families. She mentors and supports them, preparing them for release and family reunification. Through coaching and mentoring, she helps clients confront mental blocks that hold them back from living their best life. Camille is a community activist, who is passionate about serving others and helping them find their purpose.
